Vocus Group announces agreement to aquire TPG’s fibre network infrastructure
Vocus Group (Vocus), owned by Macquarie Asset Management and Aware Super, has announced that it has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with TPG Telecom (TPG) to acquire TPG’s fibre network infrastructure assets and Enterprise, Government and Wholesale (EG&W) business for $5.25 billion.
