Women’s Infrastructure Network

Infrastructure Partnerships Australia is proud to convene the Australian chapter on the Women’s Infrastructure Network.

The Women’s Infrastructure Network (WIN) was established in 2008 in the United States as an informal forum in which participants in the industry could meet and help shape the infrastructure agenda.

As part of our commitment to driving meaningful change in gender representation and parity across the infrastructure sector Infrastructure Partnerships Australia is proud to convene the Australian chapter of WIN. We provide opportunities for women in infrastructure to increase their visibility, professional network and contribute to discussions on issues relevant to the national infrastructure sector.

In addition to ensuring gender equity and representation is engrained in everything we do; we are proud to host a series of dedicated WIN events. Events are held periodically with attendance open sector wide, for all genders. The themes covered in the events programme are tailored to focus on current trends in the infrastructure sector.

Infrastructure Partnerships Australia is also proud to facilitate a tailored and structured Women Infrastructure Network Mentoring Program for our members. Successfully running since 2022, the Program capitalises our extensive member network to help promote the next generation of leaders in the sector.

The Women’s Infrastructure Network (WIN) is an inclusive global network operating in the USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. Infrastructure Partnerships Australia is proud to convene the Australian Chapter.
