SA Parliament passes State Development Coordination Bill, Government announces MoG changes
The South Australian (SA) Parliament has passed the State Development Coordination and Facilitation Bill 2025 (SA), providing for the establishment of ‘State Development Areas’ which have been assessed by regulators as environmentally and economically suitable for facilitating key developments.
