Lendlease awarded contract for Randwick acute services building

Lendlease has been awarded the contract to build the $309 million acute services building as part of the $720 million Randwick Campus Redevelopment. The State Significant Development application for the project was approved by the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment in February 2019. Construction is expected to commence in 2019, with the building due to open in 2022.
