North East Link PPP formally awarded to Spark consortium
Yesterday, the Victorian Government formally awarded the Spark consortium the contract to deliver the North East Link Primary Package. KEY: Spark consortium, Webuild, GS Engineering and Construction, CPB Contractors, China Construction Oceania, Ventia, Capella Capital, John Laing, DIF and Pacific Partnerships.
