Leighton Holdings and CCCI finalise $1.15bn sale of John Holland Group; Leighton Holdings confirms name change to CIMIC Group Limited
This week, the Share Sale Agreement for the ownership of John Holland Group was finalised between Leighton Holdings and CCCC International Holding Limited (CCCI), the international arm of China Communications Construction Company (CCCC). The Agreement follows the December 2014 announcement by Leighton Holdings that it was engaged in exclusive negotiations. KEY: Reports.
