Expressions of Interest open for three Western Sydney Road packages
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) has opened a combined Expression of Interest (EOI) process for three road projects in Western Sydney: the $190 million Horsley Drive Upgrade Stage One, the $220 million Henry Lawson Drive Stage 1B, and delivery of early works for the combined $1 billion Mamre Road Upgrade (Stage Two) and $800 million Elizabeth Drive Upgrade.
