Contracts awarded for delivery of WA HAFFF Round One projects
DevelopmentWA has awarded three contracts to build 14 projects as part of the Federal Government’s Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF) Round One program. Contracts have been awarded to PACT Construction, EMCO Building and Icon Construction to deliver 1,146 build-to-rent apartment projects of which 80 per cent will be affordable housing and 20 per cent social housing.
