SA Government and SAHP reach agreement on New Royal Adelaide Hospital to end legal action between parties

Last week the South Australian Government and SA Health Partnerships (SAHP), the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) responsible for the $2.3 billion new Royal Adelaide Hospital (NRAH), reached an out-of-court agreement to end legal action over a range of disputes between the parties.
