2016-2017 Victorian Budget Analysis
Tim Pallas kicked off the annual government budget season today, delivering the Victorian budget which sees record infrastructure funding averaging $7.4 billion per annum, several new major projects including providing 'full funding' for the $11 billion Melbourne Metro rail tunnel and strong surplus budgets forecast across the forward estimates.
