Kate is a partner in White & Case’s Global Disputes Practice.

Kate has worked in the construction and infrastructure sector for over 20 years and has an in-depth knowledge of the legal and commercial issues associated with the procurement, delivery and life cycle operation of complex social and economic infrastructure. She has a particular interest in the issues associated with technology in infrastructure and energy transition.

Prior to joining White & Case, Kate was General Counsel at Lendlease Construction Australia and held directorships of Lendlease subsidiary entities as well as participating in numerous executive teams, committees and special projects. During this time she completed her Masters of Law and Executive MBA.
