Andy is Managing Director and Co-Head of APAC for John Laing and has been involved with greenfield PPPs and other privately financed infrastructure for almost 20 years. He is a member of John Laing’s global executive management team and sits on the global investment committee as a regional investment lead.  

Andy has overall responsibility for the success of John Laing’s APAC business unit, which has invested into large scale infrastructure and energy projects worth over A$30 billion including PPPs for North East Link, Melbourne Metro, Sydney Light Rail, New Generation Rollingstock, Optus Stadium and Royal Adelaide Hospital.

Andy’s career to date has included 10 years at John Laing as well as roles in the UK at Balfour Beatty Investments after starting his career in legal private practice at Blake Dawson (now Ashurst) then Linklaters in Australia.
