Victorian Government introduces Bill to corporatise VicGrid
The Victorian Government has introduced the National Electricity (Victoria) Amendment (VicGrid Stage 2 Reform) Bill 2025 (VIC), which seeks to update energy legislation following the April 2025 Order to establish VicGrid as a State Business Corporation under the State Owned Enterprises Act 1992 (VIC).
