Infrastructure spend subdued as Treasurer Mookhey prioritises prudency in second Budget

Treasurer Mookhey has today delivered another measured NSW Budget, recording a slight decline in infrastructure funding against the long-term average combined with headline commitments on housing, health and education this financial year, says industry think tank Infrastructure Partnerships Australia.
